Junmai Ginjo-shu has a mellow aroma and light mouthfeel with plenty of sweetness and umami.
It has a pleasant thickness, but the acidity cuts through nicely on the back end.

Fatty Triple Crown [Okayama Pref.
From a small but careful and passionate sake brewery.
This dry junmai sake is made from Omachi, Japan's oldest native rice variety, which is renowned as a fantastic sake rice. The aroma of sakiso, which is derived from the sake rice, rises slowly. It can be served cold or hot.
Feel free to try it from 1 gou or even a glass (0.5 gou portion).
