Cream Carbonara with Young Corn from Chiba Prefecture has been well received.　Thank you ✨

There was a lot of it, but it all happened so fast...

We are going to switch to Aichi Prefecture, since we are already out of Chiba Prefecture.

Originally, carbonara was not supposed to have cream in it.

This time, the yolks are finished with cream and Piedmontese cheese powder.

This pasta is not suitable for mass production at all, but it's been so well received that we decided to keep it until the young corn was gone.
